It is very important that you read all of the Terms & Conditions before placing an order.

The Terms & Conditions provides information on processing time, shipping, refunds, returns and more. Submitting your order confirms to Texture Me Natural that you have Read, Understood, and Agreed to the Terms & Conditions.

 

LEAD/PROCESSING TIME

Once you submit your order you are confirming to Texture Me Natural that you have read, understood and agreed with the Terms & Conditions.
 

Order confirmations are sent by PayPal in the form of a receipt. The products are made to order. Following placement of your order, please allow approximately 5 to 7 business days for us to prepare your order due to the products being made to order. In addition to preparing the products, it can take up to an additional 5 days for the product to settle and to be tested for consistency and any condensation (reduction of product after being placed in the container). During sales and holidays, processing & ship out days will be delayed 4 to 5 business days due to number of orders received during those times. The handmade process of these products can take up to 2 weeks; 3 weeks during sales and holidays. This processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Our processing time is not shorten due to our usage of USPS Priority Mail.  The third party carrier will send a shipping confirmation once the package has shipped. It may take up to 24 hours before you start to receive tracking information. If you do not receive one, please check your spam folder. Again, USPS Priority Mail does not shorten order processing time, it only shortens delivery time. Depending on sales or holidays there is a potential for backlog.

 

ORDERS ARE FINAL

Once an order has been placed, no adjustments can be made to the order. So, it's very important that you have selected the actual products, sizes and fragrances that you want. Texture Me Natural will not be able to make any changes to your order.

 

REFUNDS

Due to the fact that these are freshly hand-crafted products, unfortunately we can *NOT* offer any refunds and/or exchanges for orders that have been processed, shipped, opened, or used. If something happens to the products while they are in your care we cannot offer a refund, exchange, nor can we send you a free replacement. It's very important that you take care of the products as indicated in the product guide.

Texture Me Natural is not responsible for events outside of our control such as packages damaged, lost, tampered with, rifled through or misdirected by USPS, stolen, or lost. If you would like to have your order shipped with insurance, please notify Texture Me Natural through the contact page for an invoice for shipping insurance.  Please note that this service is not available to military addresses. If there was an error on our end as it relates to an incorrect address on the packing slip, the customer will be issued a refund once the package has been returned to Texture Me Natural.
 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship via USPS Priority Mail to the 50 United States and military addresses: APO/DPO/FPO. We DO NOT process orders for shipping on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Delivery Confirmations are provided by USPS. Please note that while the standard USPS Priority Mail delivery schedule is 2-3 business days, this is provided as an estimate only, it is not a guarantee. USPS Priority Mail does not shorten order processing time, it only shortens delivery time. We do ship to APO, DPO, and FPO addresses.

Texture Me Natural products are for external use only and are not intended for consumption, nor are they designed to serve purposes other than hair care and/or skin care. Texture Me Natural is not responsible for the use of its products in a manner other than directed on the instructions provided with your order. Because the products are handmade fresh, slight differences in scent, texture or color may occur from batch to batch. The water-based products have a shelf life of 7 months and the anhydrous products have a shelf life of 8 months. This shelf life is based on handling of the products along  with proper storage. DO NOT keep these products in a high moisture area. It is very important that you refrain from placing wet fingers inside the product. It is best to take out enough product to be used during each styling session. Keep the lids on tightly and place the products in a cool dry place (i.e. closet, tight closed tub/basket, closed cabinet that is not located in the bathroom or under the sink). The products may also be kept in the refrigerator to help with preservation.

Information provided as to what some ingredients may offer is only provided for your general knowledge and interest; the ingredients may or may not perform as suggested. Further, these statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. These products are not intended to treat, cure or prevent disease. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a physician. Exercise caution when using products containing essential oils. Some essential oils are not suitable for those who are pregnant, have epilepsy or allergies. We are not responsible for any adverse effects or reactions caused by the ingredients in our products. You should always research herbal and botanical ingredients to find out which ones are suitable for you, and consult a physician if you are ever unsure about anything or have further questions. The information presented on this site or in any product label, guide or packaging should not be construed as the practice of medicine.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Texture Me Natural makes no representations or warranties, whatsoever, as to the substance, or the accuracy or sufficiency thereof, of any product information listed on the web site or product guide.  You agree that, to the fullest extent allowed by law, Texture Me Natural shall not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages (including lost profits) related to the use of this site or the purchase or use of our products; injuries resulting from allergic or other negative reactions to our products; any content inaccuracies or omissions; and computer system or technology damage resulting from use of this site or any links on this site.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE

Texture Me Natural, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at anytime, with or without cause or reason.
